Third stop of the day, Juasseh Agro Park. 

Dato' Mohd Nor Abdul Wahid, dilahirkan di Kampung Terachi, Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan. Beliau amat biasa dengan cara hidup kampung. Membantu ibu bapa menternak ayam itik, membela lembu dan kambing adalah rutin harian dari zaman kanak-kanak. 


Meskipun telah berkecimpung di bidang perbankan dalam beberapa tahun dan juga meneraju syarikat-syarikat yang tersenarai serta usahawan berjaya, minat beliau untuk berternak dan bertani tidak pudar, malah terus menyubur apabila beliau membela ikan, ayam, itik dan kambing di kawasan rumah dikampungnya.


Dengan melangkah lebih berani, berbekalkan semangat, pengalaman dan sumber-sumber di rangkaian niaganya, 'interpreneur; ini mengilhamkan penubuhan NS Dairy Farm untuk mengusahakan ladang ternakan Lembu Tenusu secara komersil.


Berbagai maklumat telah diperolehi di samping melawat ke ladang-ladang berkaitan lembu tenusu di dalam dan di luar negara. Berkat persediaan serta perancangan yang teliti dengan kerjasama serta ihsan Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan D.K., penempatan ladang ini telah diluluskan pada 4hb Julai 2007 di atas tanah seluas 120 ekar : Lot 3720, Rembang Panas, Juasseh, 72000 Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan D.K. 


Tanpa berlengah-lengah, kerja menyiapkan tapak, tanaman rumput dan pembinaan kandang-kandang serta bangunan-bangunan lain terus dimulakan sehingga pertengahan tahun 2008. Pengambilan pekerja-pekerja terlatih dilakukan melalui Pusat Latihan haiwan dan pekerja separuh mahir juga dilaksanakan pada masa yang sama. 


Kemasukan lembu-lembu tenusu baka bermutu Jersey / Jersey Fresian dari Australia  bermula secara beransur-ansur dari September 2008 dan mula mengeluarkan susu pada awal tahun 2009. 


Pada peringkat awalnya susu segar dihantar terus ke Pusat Pungutan Susu di Kuala Pilah. Apabila pengeluaran susu meningkat, beliau telah mendirikan sebuah kilang di kawasan ladang untuk menghasilkan susu segar berperisa yang berkualiti tinggi bagi pasaran tempatan. Jumlah lembu juga telah ditambah secara beransur-ansur kepada keupayaan ladang. 



Sebagai pengiktirafan pada April 2010 MARDI telah melantik NS Dairy Farm sebagai syarikat usahawan bimbingan MARDI dan pada tahun 2012, Jabatan Perkhidmatan Veterinar malaysia pula telah melantik Ladang NS Dairy Farm sebagai  Ladang Kluster tenusu dibawah EPP13 MOA. 


Adalah visi syarikat untuk menjadi peneraju di dalam bidang pembangunan ternakan tenusu serta pengeluaran-pengeluaran sampingannya. Syarikat juga berhasrat menjadi pembimbing kepada penguasaha-penguasaha yang berminat dalam bidang ternakan lembu tenusu dengan adanya pusat latihan yang di sediakan.


Syarikat juga telah menceburi dalam bidang Agro Tourism berasaskan ladang ternakan tenusu serta mempunyai ciri-ciri yang terunggul untuk menarik minat pelancong mempelajari ternakan lembu tenusu.


Kemudahan lain yang di sediakan ialah seperti penginapan hari keluarga, team building, aktiviti luaran dan mini zoo.


NS Dairy Farm akan sentiasa berusaha secara intensif dan berterusan melalui sumber-sumber yang ada serta menggunakan kaedah-kaedah terkini bagi memastikan pengeluaran susu segar, lembu daging dan lembu baka yang berkualiti bertepatan mengikut keperluan semasa secara komersial.

Forth stop of the day, Muzium Istana Lama Seri Menanti, they are under renovation, so we just have a group photo outside of the Muzium Istana Lama Seri Menanti. We can see from here how nice the Istana Lama Seri Menanti when the renovation completed.



Fifth stop of the day, we having dinner at Rumah Makan ADWA Kuala Pilah, the famous Char Kuey Teow.



This is the most delicious Char Kuey Teow that I have ever tried. I will surely come back to eat this Char Kuey Teow again because I being addicted by the taste.


The seafood very fresh and the quality of the food really superb, they prepare the food 1 plate by 1 plate to maintain the best quality.
