Food Review : Hugos by Modestos

I am very happy to be the first batch of bloggers, to join the Bloggers Day Food and Drink Tasting Event happens every Thursday in Hugos by Modestos located at Qliq Hotel Empire Damansara.

There is a few dining area in Modestos. I like the pool side dining area. We can have a romantic pool side dining after swimming.

NICOISE SALAD (RM32.00)

(Tuna, Potatoes, Ripened Tomatoes, Hard-Boiled Egg, Kalamata Olives, Red Onions & Crunchy French Beans)

The salad is very fresh and delicious only 2 of us dining we have finished all the salads. 

CALAMARI FRITTI (RM 30.00)

(Fresh Squid, Deep Fried with Hugos by Modestos Batter)

The squid is very fresh and very crispy really yummy. 

LOCAL STARTER

MALAYSIAN SATAY 

( 1/2 dozen for RM15.00 and 1 dozen RM 30.00) 

(Skewered Beef or Chicken, Served with Peanut Sauce, Cucumber, Rice Cake and Onions)

The satay meat cook perfectly without any burned very juicy and tender.

VEGETARIAN SPRING ROLL (RM18.00) 

(Served with authentic Thai chilli sauce)

The soup is very creamy, thick and a lot of blended mushrooms, so delicious.

The seafood is very fresh and the sauce is so delicious.

(Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Turkey Ham, Pineapples and Onions)

I like the thin crust pizza, it is so crunchy and the ham so yummy

AL SALMONE (RM36.00)

(Tomatoes, Cheese, Smoked Salmon and Capers)

The thin crust pizza, is so crunchy and the salmon is very fresh and cheesy

FISH AND CHIPS (RM34.00)

(Deep Fried Battered Red Snapper Fillet served with French Fries, Tartar Sauce and Lemon Wedges)

The fish is very fresh and crispy
